Flames emerged out of a borewell instead of water gripping the locals with terror in central India's Madhya Pradesh on December 4. The incident took place in Banda in the Sagar district.

Visuals feature massive flames scaling from the borewell during the night, leading to a bizarre scenario as the locals begin to gather to witness and behold the occurrence. In the meantime, the casualties are rushed to the hospital where the doctors treat them.

Kamal Singh Lodhi and three other people were irrigating the field when they lit a matchbox near the borewell and caught fire as it was emitting flammable gas. Following this, the victims were rushed to the Banda Hospital while a major tragedy was averted.
