Ali takes several warmup jumps before flipping off the edge of the cliff into the river dozens of feet below.

"Watch me do the hospital flip... oh, and don't worry, you'll know exactly why I call it that after watching me do it," Ali wrote.

"Trampolining is much more than a sport for me. I'm absolutely addicted to it and I put every free minute I have into getting higher, better, and faster at it! I've been doing this since I was a little kid."
