Prince Charles was spotted opening a new youth charity support building in Poundbury, Dorset, on Monday (December 6).

Footage shows the Prince of Wales attending the opening of the Pavilion in the Park building that will be a cafe and a meeting hub for the charity that is fighting the use of drink and drugs.

Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced on Monday that the government will aim to provide rehab for 300,000 drug users.

The 'Pavilion In The Park' building is a cafe and meeting hub for the charity and is also for local community use as well.
Prince Charles opened the cricket pavilion styled building whilst touring his village of Poundbury which is built on land owned by The Duchy of Cornwall of which he is head. He was escorting a group of 50 invited guests many whom were from China and who have interests in town planning, architecture or design.
