Ostrich launches attack on man who broke into private pond in China
An ostrich attacked a man who entered a private fish pond in eastern China.
Video captured in the city of Yancheng in Jiangsu Province on December 4 shows a man walking around a private fish pond as the large bird followed him.
The man was seen picking up a stick to try to protect himself but finally fell down onto the ground.
According to the fish pond owner Mr Sun, the ostrich lived with him for three years and it always helped drive strangers out of Sun's pond.
Since the man tore down the fence in Sun's yard and broke into his pond without letting him know, the ostrich started to attack him.
The man reportedly left Sun's fish pond by himself.
