Provided and serviced by Bristol Helicopters in a ten year 1.9 billion contract to provide Search and Rescue throughout the UK. Initiated by the Department of Trade in 2013 in a ten year contract to provide Search and Rescue from ten bases situated in areas of high call out probability. Crew of 4 and endurance of 4 hours. Medical suite equipped and night vision goggle capable.
