Video captured the moment of Vietnamese farmers use water channels to transport tens of thousands of oranges quickly and conveniently in Vinh Long, Vietnam.
According to the farmers, to facilitate the harvesting of oranges as well as to provide water for the oranges. They created water canal systems in the orange grove. They then connected the baskets of oranges together and used the water to bring the oranges out to the river where trucks and boats were waiting.
With this method of transportation, farmers say they save a lot of time and labor. Instead of taking a lot of people to transport each basket of oranges. they only take 2, 3 people to be able to transport tens of thousands of oranges out of the garden.
The canal system both helps their orange orchards not be short of water and helps them to harvest oranges quickly, without allowing the oranges to be overripe and fall.
Every day they can transport more than 10 tons of oranges with this canal system
