This one-eyed sphynx cat from Canada appears to think she's a greyhound as she tears along at remarkable speeds in her exercise wheel.

Footage captured by Amber Rutschmann in Port Perry in April 2020 shows "Winks" rotating the large device incredibly fast as she hurtles along.

"My cat only has one eye so that’s how she got her name," said Rutschmann.

"Her favourite activity is running on her wheel," she added.

Domestic cats can sprint at around 30 miles per hour which is faster than Jamaican world record holder Usain Bolt.

'Move aside, Trayvon Bromell because someone else is ready to take up the mantle of the fastest runner on Earth. That someone is... Winks the Sphynx cat!

This amusing compilation, filmed by Amber Rutschmann, shows an energetic one-eyed kitty sprinting on her exercise wheel like a rabbit getting chased.

"My cat only has one eye so that’s how she got her name, Winks; she’s always 'Winking' at you," Amber told us. "Her favorite activity is running on her wheel, enjoy!"
