A snake strayed itself into the human world in search of food in eastern India's West Bengal on December 12. The incident took place in Gopiballavpur in the Jhargram district.

Visuals feature the snake slithering underneath a tin shed in broad daylight, ensuing fear among those beholding the occurrence as the giant python begins to crawl. Following this, the rescuers arrive and manage to track down the serpent hiding amid the hay, leading to a bizarre scene as they capture the snake while it coils up mid-air to free itself from its clutches. In the meantime, they confine the snake and depart from the area.

The seven-foot-long python approached the civilization while looking for its potential meal, causing chaos as fear grips the residents. However, the forest officials were alerted and the snake was rescued and taken to Hatibari, from where it was released into its natural habitat.
