A speeding cyclist lost his balance and slid across a road in the Philippines.

The man appeared to avoid a wet puddle, but lost control and fell in front of an oncoming car in Hermosa City, Philippines.

Dashcam owner Daneeric Ramos said: "I noticed the biker riding fast on the road when he accidentally slipped. Luckily, I hit the brakes on time when I saw him fall. Thank God I didn’t hit him."

Daneeric added that he checked on the man’s condition and found him covered in scratches. The cyclist apologized and was reminded to be careful on the road.
