Romantic Christmas crib at Grand Place in Brussels with new baby Jesus: hope he does not get kidnapped again
Every year, thousands of tourists visit the "Grand Place" in Brussels and enjoy the romantic Christmas crib. Baby Jesus and his family are now behind a transparant wall.
As Baby Jesus of the Grand Place was already stolen twice. The small statue of the Divine Child had already disappeared in 2014 and 2017, kidnapped by activists to protest against Belgium's government.
Already for several years, the nativity scene on the Grand Place in Brussels do not have animals after one of the sheep was stolen.
