Chinese noodle vendor practices English on street, wows listeners with his posh British accent
A Chinese noodle vendor was filmed reading a novel in English out loud on a street beside his noodle stall during cold weather in northern China.
The video was filmed by a Mr. Mao on December 15 in Yangxian county, Shaanxi Province. According to Mao, the vendor is very interested in English and he takes reading English as a hobby.
He is heard speaking in a rather posh British English accent, albeit with a Chinese twang. Sadly, it's not known what novel the man was reading.
