Domestic and international flights have resumed at the Don Mueang International Airport (DMK) following the relaxation of quarantine and travel rules in November.

However, officials are remaining vigilant with temperature scans, social distancing, masks and the use of hand sanitisers being enforced throughout the airport.

Ministers are considering whether to tighten restrictions on tourists arriving in the country following the rise of the Omicron variant in Europe. Sixty-three international tourists have tested positive while going through tests on arrival before being detained in quarantine.
