Home of Salisbury poisonings victim is demolished by local council in Amesbury, UK

Library footage of the demolition of the former home of Dawn Sturgess and Charlie Rowley at Amesury in Wiltshire.

The couple were affected by the Russian chemical poison and Dawn died after coming into contact with the KGB Novichok nerve agent, Charlie survived.

Both were admitted to hospital in Salisbury and it was deduced that they had been poisoned by the deadly chemical agent.
Sergei and Yulia Skripal who lived 8 miles away in Salisbury were the initial targets of the Russian spies.

It is thought Dawn picked up what looked like a perfume bottle whilst visiting Salisbury and brought it home.

Their home was a flat at Muggleton Road in Amesbury, UK. Authorities and the families felt that the building should be demolished.
