Volunteers from a charity in Belarus dressed up as Father Christmas on December 26 and abseiled down the walls of a children's hospital to cheer up the young cancer patients.

Footage showed the Santas waving to children through the windows of the hospital in Minsk.

They later handed out presents to many of the patients.

On December 26, volunteers of the KinderVita social and charitable institution from Minsk, Belarus organized a children's holiday with the involvement of climbers, animators and a vocal group. A dance flash mob was held, but the main highlight of the holiday was the descent of climbers in Santa Claus costumes from the roof of the hospital building. Santas looked into the windows of the wards, gave gifts, smiled at children and parents and wished health and eternal remission to children with cancer. This event caused a lot of positive emotions and joy.
