In the video filmed in the underground garage in Nanjing, Jiangsu province, many parents and their children played around here, playing music and dancing, some children even chasing and shuttling around on bicycles or balance bikes, while cars moving across them now and then, which looked very dangerous.
It is reported that in many communities in Nanjing, residents shift their leisure exercise places to the underground after winter to avoid coldness.
