This is the moment a daughter from Chicago in the USA surprised her mother by hiding in a Christmas parcel.

Kelly Siwicki hadn't seen her mom for more than two-and-a-half years and asked her cousin to wrap her in a large box ahead of a family Christmas party on December 19.

"My cousin wrapped me up in the box before mum arrived because I wanted her to open up the best gift of her life….ME!!!" said Siwicki.

"I think the video speaks for itself that this was the surprise of a lifetime for not only my mum but for my niece and nephew as well," she added.
