Wholesome footage from Moosup, Connecticut shows a toddler's adorable reaction to getting surprised with a puppy.

In the footage from December 23 the one-and-a-half-year-old asked to open the box in the living room.

"Puppy!" the excited girl says while pointing at the cute pooch.

"We surprised our 1-and-1/2-year-old with a Saint Bernard puppy for Christmas!" the filmer, Cyanna Boynton commented.

Then comes the highlight of this video i.e. the part where the youngling finally meets her new pet.

"Puppy!" the excited girl says while pointing at the pup. She even tries to lean forward to pick up the doggo but the latter doesn't seem to be in a rush to jump into the former's arms.
