Granny Honey in Columbus, Ohio, had a surprise visit for Christmas from a close friend who's like a son to her, Johny, on December 25, 2021, that brought her joy and excitement.

Because of the pandemic, they could not see each other for several years. Johny flew to Ohio from Florida to visit his long-time friend.

Granny Honey and Johny met in Haiti after a major earthquake hit in 2010. Granny Honey served as a nurse, where they worked together.

The filmer told Newsflare: "Honey gained a son right after losing one of her 7 children. Now Johny lives in Florida, is a firefighter, and has started a family of his own! Due to the pandemic, they have not seen each other in a few years. He is grandma’s joy & crown and a beloved part of our family. One of Honey’s grandkids."

Granny Honey gets the surprise of a lifetime… Johny, who is like a son to her, flew up from Florida to surprise her on Christmas Day. They met in 2010 in Haiti after the major earthquake; Granny Honey served as a nurse and they worked together in the days that followed. Their friendship has grown over the years through trips back and forth from Haiti to the US. God brought these two together in perfect timing.
