Eight-month pregnant woman miscarries outside hospital after being refused entry without valid COVID test
1月1日，陕西西安，一名孕妇肚子疼打不通120，随后打110将小姨送往医院。晚上8点多到达西安高新医院，在门口由于核酸超过了4个小时遭医院拒收无法入院。西安高新医院为定点接诊封控区孕产妇机构，规定就诊需提供48小时内核酸报告。无奈一直等到晚上10点多，在门口等待期间小姨大出血，因为大出血医院看实在不行了才接诊，送进手术室，结果8个月的婴儿因为治疗不及时，导致流产，8个月大的生命就因为时间耽误胎死腹中没有了心跳。
1月5日，经陕西省、西安市卫生健康委组织专家进行调查，认定该事件是一起责任事故。 西安市卫生健康委责成西安高新医院主动与患者沟通，做好患者术后康复治疗、安抚补偿等工作；责成医院向社会公开道歉，积极反思和梳理工作流程中存在的隐患，要进一步加强医院管理，优化就诊流程。 据悉，西安高新医院已对相关责任人作出处理：总经理范郁会被停职，门诊部、医务部相关责任人被免职。 另悉，西安市纪委对省市有关疫情防控期间急救工作要求落实不到位、履职不力的西安市急救中心党总支副书记、主任李强给予党内警告处分，对落实省市关于疫情防控期间特殊人群救治工作要求不到位的西安市卫生健康委主任刘顺智给予党内警告处分。（视频由陕西台提供）
