Firefighters rescued a dog trapped on a cliff in southern China.
Heroic video filmed in the city of Chenzhou in Hunan Province on January 1 shows a fireman tied by a safe rope climbing down a cliff to approach a dog and then carrying it back to safety.
According to reports, the dog was taken to the place to play by its owner’s friend and accidentally fell down the cliff. Since the person realised that they could not save the dog, they left their contact number and left.
Other tourists then called firefighters to rescue the dog.
As the dog’s owner or the owner’s friend never appeared, several tourists decided to adopt the dog.
