These people may also pass tea colored urine, due to hemoglobinuria. In case of iron deficiency anemia, People will have spoon shaped nails. Ulceration of the angles of mouth. And a glossy tongue. People with iron deficiency will also crave ice to suck or chew, a condition known as pica.
