Incredible Indian blindfolded street chef makes perfect food in under one minute
Love Gupta, locally known as Jack Sparrow, is a street food chef renowned for making Manchurians within a minute, blindfolded in central India's Madhya Pradesh.
Visuals shot on December 22, 2021 feature Gupta at his food stall in the Mahu Naka region of Indore.
The footage shows Gupta making the Manchurians blindfolded. He covers his eyes with a cloth, following which he starts making the dish. Timed on a stopwatch, he prepares the Manchurian within the promised time, gripping the onlookers with amusement.
Gupta has been working the stall for the last seven years, and his specialty is the Manchurians that he makes within 60 seconds.
