A special announcement brought Logan to tears in Blyth, Northumberland when his fiancé Ashleigh surprised him with the news that she is finally pregnant after being told they wouldn't be able to have their own family.

Their two dogs Remy and Ruby, as their little fur babies, help surprise Logan in their home on August 9, 2021. Ashleigh is now seven months pregnant and doing great.

Ashleigh and Logan have been together for three years, and have been trying to get pregnant for two. Unfortunately, Ashleigh was diagnosed with poly cyst ovaries. Every time they tested for ovulation, it was always negative for three years.

At some point in their relationship, they started fostering but were not able to continue that as well.

Exciting news for both, Ashleigh is finally pregnant.

Ashleigh told Newsflare: "We met and we just knew it was meant to be, we bought our house in the first year of being together and got engaged, you just know when someone’s the right person and that was us."

No problem, we’ve been together 4 years and been trying to get pregnant for 3 years. It was heart breaking when we first found out I had poly cystic ovaries and everytime I got tested for ovulation it was negative for them 3 years so all hope was kind of lost. At one point we started the process of fostering, but got told we wouldn’t be able to keep trying for our own family so then we weren’t able to continue that either. I’m now 7 months pregnant, and the pregnancy is going great
