Visit of Prime Minister Jean Castex to the 46th WorldSkills national finals - Lyon

The Prime Minister, accompanied by the Minister of National Education, Youth and Sports, Mr Jean-Michel BLANQUER, and the Minister of Labour, Employment and Integration, Mrs Élisabeth BORNE, will attend this Friday at the 46th WorldSkills Skills Competition National Finals. 600 competitors under the age of 23, with varied profiles, compete for two days to demonstrate their know-how in many professional disciplines and join the French Trades Team which will defend French excellence in future international competitions. .

After receiving the French team for the EuroSkills trades competition at Matignon last November, the Prime Minister will be keen to salute the investment of these young people on Friday as well as the commitment of teachers, employers and apprentice masters, professional and volunteer sectors that train and support them on a daily basis.
