Dozens of photographers flocked to Green Cay Wetlands Preserve, Florida, to catch a rare glimpse of a mother bobcat and her kittens.

Footage from January 15 shows a row of photographers all snapping shots of the bobcat lying in a field as her two kittens played around.

The filmer told Newsflare: "The mother lounged in the sun while the kittens practised their stalking and cleaning skills.

"The bobcats are a rare sight in South Florida. Many of the people watching them said it was the first time they'd seen wild cats of any sort outside a zoo."
