This video features a Dubai-based fitness trainer encountering a setback while learning how to do a front flip.
The subject, named Yara, rushes toward the crash mat, jumps, and rotates her body in the forward direction.
However, she ends up overshooting her attempt and plants her face onto the mat before falling off it.
"I was learning to do front flips and kept failing at first," Yara told us. "Sometimes, you fail, and sometimes, you succeed. It's all a matter of practice, so I decided not to give up."
