As record fires continue to burn throughout the Canadian province of British Columbia, crews are still trying to get many of them under control. Resources are being use to fight the fires from the ground and air.

Here are some clips showing fire trucks racing to the fire in Lytton, British Columbia in addition to helicopters fighting the flames from the air. Also included are RCMP and railway staff working at the checkpoints which are there to keep people out of the fire zone while the evacuation is in place.

Fire crews from Canada, the United States, Mexico and Australia are in the province at this time fighting the worst fire season on record for the western province. These images are of the Lytton Fire and were filmed on July 02, 2021 as the entire village was lost to the fires.

With about 300 fires currently burning throughout British Columbia, air quality and visibility are being impacted from other Canadian provinces and parts of the United States.

Record heat waves throughout the province are only adding to the ongoing fires and potential for new fires to break out.
