Satisfying footage shows chefs frisbeeing flatbreads across southern Indian restaurant
Hotel Baskar on the shores of the Bay of Bengal in Tamil Nadu has become famous for the sight of flatbreads soaring above the heads of customers from one cook to another.
Locals and tourists come to the restaurant in the Velankanni Nagapattinam District to enjoy the traditional cuisine but also watch the satisfying cooking process that involves one chef preparing the dough before frisbeeing it to a colleague for toasting.
