Close Call: Careless moped rider almost got wiped out while attempting u-turn (Dashcam Video)
Why did this moped rider think it was a good idea to attempt a u-turn? If it wasn't for the quick thinking of this driver, the rider of the moped could have been seriously hurt. Hopefully in the future he will be more cautious and attempt such maneuvers safely.
