ROAD RAGE: Careless driver almost causes moped rider to crash (Dashcam Video)
When a moped rider was cruising through this Tamsui District, they noticed ahead that the traffic lights were green and continued down the road going the same speed. As they passed through the junction of the lights, a car on the left turned into the path of the moped. The moped brakes suddenly to avoid a collision. Maybe the driver of the silver car underestimated the speed of the moped and thought they had enough time to get through.
