RECKLESS DRIVING: Moped rider makes an illegal u-turn on the highway (Dashcam Video)
Why did this moped rider think this was a good idea to make an illegal u-turn on the highway? To make things worse, they were making a u-turn to then drive the wrong way down a slip road. They were lucky enough that there weren't any traffic enforcers near this road or they would have been given a ticket. You should only make u-turns when it is safe to do so.
