ACCIDENT / FAIL: Female moped rider hits delivery rider and drives off (Dashcam Video)
When these moped riders were casually waiting for the traffic to continue, this female moped rider wasn’t paying attention. A delivery driver was crossing the junction but the female was oblivious. They continued on and hit the back of the delivery driver. It seemed like the female rider panicked and thought it would be a good idea to drive off as if nothing happened. By law, a failure to stop or report an accident is a criminal offense where injury or damage has been caused. The rider is required to stop at the scene and provide their details.
