Bungling workers in China install huge billboard UPSIDE DOWN
Bungling workers in eastern China have installed a huge billboard upside down in central China.
Video filmed in the city of Xiaogan in Hubei Province on January 19 shows the massive sign in place 50-feet up a pole.
A witness named Mr Chen said the workers took it down and later put it back up the right way around.
The video was provided by local media with permission.
