This car was casually driving down the road, when a white car to their left suddenly changed lanes straight into their path. This led to the white car smashing into the side of this vehicle. It seems they panicked and continued down the road like nothing happened. By law, a failure to stop or report an accident is a criminal offense where injury or damage has been caused. The driver is required to stop at the scene and provide their details and that of the owner of the vehicle.
