INSTANT KARMA: Impatient moped rider skips a red light in front of traffic enforcement (Dashcam Video)
These moped riders were waiting at the traffic lights. The rider in front got very impatient waiting and thought it would be a good idea to skip through the red light. As they drove off, a traffic enforcer was at the side of the road and waved them down. They could have avoided punishment if they had waited 2 more seconds for the lights to change.
