Cyclist close passed and hit by Black Ford Focus car on East Chevin Road Otley West Yorkshire
On the 29th September 2020 a Black Ford Focus travelling up East Chevin Road in Otley West Yorkshire close passed and hit a cyclists elbow at speed with their door mirror, the driver failed to stop.
On reporting to West Yorkshire Police no further action was taken due to the registration not showing on their database so they were unable to trace the driver.
The cyclist sustained a slight graze to the right elbow and a rip in their jersey.
