This is the heartwarming moment parents burst into tears when their four-year-old son walked for the first time.
Mother Melody Pilapil, 21, said his son battled hydrocephalus and meningitis as a newborn which affected his development so they were happy when he made his first few steps in Surigao Del Sur, the Philippines on November 15.
Mother said:'I was so happy that day. My son JM was able to walk after years of trying. We were not able to send him to therapy school because of money problems.'
