A manufacturer based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, has built an automated machine that churns out almost 300 bricks per minute.
The SNPC group build the machine that mixes fly ash and rice husk before converting the substance into a mould.
Once made, the bricks are placed gently down onto the ground ready to be laid.
The product capacity of the machine is 240 to 290 bricks per minute.
The brick-making system needs to be automatic as it is a labor-intensive activity, and keeping this in mind, the SnPC Machines came up with a technology that is both efficient and ecological. The company also manufactures its models from Tamil Nadu's Chennai in southern India.
The SNPC Group is a company based in Sonepat Haryana India and comes with a vision to become the first-ever company to deliver quality products to the target customers. Besides, SnPC Machines are the leading manufacturer of the world's first brick-making machine based on moving technology, making it the fastest-growing company in the Brick Production Industry globally.
Visuals shot on January 3 feature the brick-making machine mixing the raw materials, including fly ash and rice husk, and converting them into a mould to produce the bricks. Once the bricks are ready, the brick-laying machine moves it over the vacant field. On the field, the bricks are gently dropped with an inch distance as they are ready to be laid. Meanwhile, the workers continue to operate the machine in the assembly unit.
The automated systems of making bricks have always existed but manual labor was still needed to move the raw bricks to open spaces. That's when the idea struck the founders of the SnPC Machines- Satish and Vilas Chhikara- to come up with a design of the machine that could move and lay bricks.
After numerous testing and consulting professionals, the founders launched their prototype in 2014. Since then their mission is to be the most trusted and reliable partner in this industry with the latest technology. Moreover, SnPC Machines provide brilliantly engineered products, built to serve the needs of domestic and international users, mostly from India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan, Sudan, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia & some central Asian countries.
SnPC has two automatic models- BMM 160 and BMM 310- and two semi-automatic machines- BMM 150 and BMM 300- and an SBM 180, which is a static model. BMM 160 has a production capacity of 120-180 bricks per minute and has both manual and automatic operational systems. It has a fuel consumption of 13 litres per hour.
However, BMM 310 is also both automatic and manual, but it holds a product capacity of 240-290 bricks per minute. It consumes 16 to 18 liters of fuel per hour and is operational by over 2 workers, while up to 30 percent of fly ash, which is available cost-free, is mixed with the raw material. It is easy to operate and has a high-grade sensor system, preventing major damage.
Till date, the experienced team of SnPC has distributed over 300 machines across the globe and continues to receive orders for their automated machines. The best part about SnPC Machines is they provide customised machines and provide post-delivery services.
Besides, the company also received the National Startup Award from the Government of India under the startup India scheme and received a cash prize. They also represented their company to the corporations and wished to keep improving their products and services with the finest quality, without affecting nature.
