Britain’s fittest pensioner is still performing flipping amazing stunts on the trampoline – AGED 90.

Retired war hero Tony Geraghty took up bouncing as a hobby in 1992 when he retired from the military after more than 40 years of active service.

Since then Tony, who joined the Parachute Regiment in the 1950s and served in the Suez Crisis as well as the first Gulf War, goes trampoling twice a week at his local club.

Despite turning 90 on January 13, Tony, who has two grandchildren, says he has no plans to slow down his active lifestyle.

Tony, who lives in Hope-in-Dinmore, Herefordshire, with his wife of 38-years, Gillian, 76, said: “I have enjoyed physical activity ever since I was a child.

“I survived the German blitz during the war in London in the 1940s.

“That, alongside being of the generation of believing in compulsory military service, made me aware of the need of keeping a good active life.

“After being active in the military, from working in the Suez Canal Crisis in the 1950s to the Gulf War in the 1990s, I thought I best do something to keep fit."
