The officials seized teak wood worth Rs 60 thousand (USD 799) and arrested two miscreants in the matter in central India's Madhya Pradesh on January 27.

The incident took place in the Rahatgarh town, located in the Sagar district.

Visuals feature the officials gathered around the seized items. Some wooden planks lie in the region, while other furniture made of wood remains stationed near it. Meanwhile, the miscreant sits in the middle with his face covered.

Upon receiving information, the Forest Department launched an investigation and seized teak wood worth Rs 60 thousand (USD 799) and arrested two miscreants, identified as Habib Qureshi and Bhikam Vishwakarma, while their third companion is still on the run.
