According to the excavator driver, while moving to the construction site, his excavator slipped from the vehicle and could not move. In his area, the rescue truck couldn't move in and the track was so heavy that it couldn't be lifted by hand. So he decided to use an excavator bucket to install the slipped chain. After much manipulation, he succeeded in fitting the chain to the machine.
The excavator then moved to the construction site.
