I was on jfk to pbi flight 0853 to depart at noon yesterday. They pushed the flight back repeatedly until cancelling at 9. There was 150+ people surrounding caressel 1 looking for their checked luggage. I gave up at midnight, many people were still waiting. There was dog poop on the floor, bags everywhere, people everywhere, nobody was happy
