This was the gruesome moment a parkour devotee found out that his grip game needed massive improvement.

Emanating from a gym in Norton, Massachusetts this clip shows Adam B. swinging on a bar before he slips off it and goes back-first into the wall in front of him.

"I slipped off a bar while training at a parkour gym," Adam said. "Ended up accidentally flipping into a wall. Luckily, I didn't get injured. I am perfectly good."
