Angry goose chases motorcycle riders to protect its territory
This is the hilarious moment an angry goose chased away motorcycle riders for invading its territory in Thailand.
The women were driving on a road next to a creek in Ayutthaya province on February 1 when they encountered the hostile bird before it pounced on them.
Video shows the goose craning its head and honking at the riders before flying straight at them. The girls screamed in fear and quickly drove away to escape the angry bird's wrath.
Rider Yanisa Sombun said: 'The goose belongs to an old man living in the same neighbourhood. Dogs chasing motorcycles is very normal, but when the goose started flying at us we were scared.'
Geese have sometimes been used as guard animals because of their loud and territorial nature. Their screeches can scare off smaller predators such as rodents and weasels, and are useful for alerting farm owners of potential intruders.
