'Nordic skier's pond-skimming stunt goes OFF THE RAILS '
'Max E's fast-paced ski run on April 12, 2017, ended on an anti-climactic note, and this footage captures the moment it all went downhill.
Emanating from Smugglers' Notch Resort (Vermont), this clip shows Max skiing down a snow-covered hill as he approaches a pond.
However, before he gets a chance to skim the said pond, he ends up losing his balance and falling on the slope, a botch that sends him crashing into the water.
"Went pond skimming on Nordic skis and fell," Max wrote. "This stunt sent me to an ambulance, but at least I got a sick video out of it!"
