'This was the moment a parkour enthusiast found out that nightmares do come true.
This clip starts off with the subject, named Adam B., preparing to flip off a high bar.
Unfortunately for Adam, his stunt doesn't pan out and he ends up getting slammed onto the crash mat.
"That's what I was afraid of... I'm good," the subject says right after the rough landing.
He told us: "Tried a scary backflip off a gymnastics bar and hit my head. Luckily, I wasn't hurt and cheerfully confirmed that I was good."
