The groom, Imam said that he had predicted that there would be a flood. The reason is, it has been drizzling since 06.00 WITA this morning.

At 06.00 WITA it started to drizzle, then a few minutes, it started to pour out," said Imam, wearing his red wedding dress.

In response to that, the Priest himself wasn't even surprised. For him, flooding in his area has become commonplace.
