Motorcycle rider clipped by another two-wheeler crashes to the ground before hitting another person
This is the shocking moment a motorcycle rider was clipped by another two-wheeler on the right before he was knocked to the ground together with another person he hit on the left.
Dashcam footage shows the collision that happened to three riders near a junction in Taguig City, the Philippines on February 3.
Motorist Al Dival who was behind the riders said: 'We understand that traffic enforcers have the right to overrule the traffic lights, but they need to ensure the safety of passage at all directions.
'I believe it was the wrong decision of the traffic enforcer to suddenly stop the vehicles at a clear green light.'
