Ecuador flash floods: Car stuck in torrent of mud during heavy rain
'Various parts of Quito, Ecuador were rocked by flash floods on January 31, 2022, resulting in a loss of around two dozen lives.
This clip, filmed by Pablo Guerra, shows a bunch of people trying to get a car unstuck from mud in the disastrous weather.
"This video was recorded during the flood in the La Gasca
neighborhood in Quito, Ecuador," Pablo said. "The rain was just not stopping and the water was taking literally everything in its path."
It was reported that the intensity of the rainfall accompanying the said floods was at an 18-year high.
