This is the moment a woman rescued a hapless kitten stuck in a tiny hole.

Warunee Teeraksa was walking outside her home when she spotted the black kitten trying to wriggle free from a narrow opening in the wooden wheel converted into a garden table in Chonburi province, Thailand on February 5.

At first, she thought the cat had been injured and was struggling to get up but as she moved closer, she realised the kitten’s upper body was stuck on the wooden table.

She asked her neighbor to help pull the kitten out. The kitten scratched and cried but the pair managed to release the cat from the hole.

Warunee said: 'I thought the cat looked strange. But when I saw its two tiny legs hanging I realized I had to help it.'
